Scope of Services

Padizone provides digital payment processing solutions that allow businesses to accept payments through multiple methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Our services may include APIs, plugins, payment links, subscriptions, invoicing, QR code payments, real-time reporting, and settlement of funds to your verified bank account.

We may enhance, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business and financial information
  • Use the Services strictly for lawful and authorized business activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of your login credentials and API access
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use, security breach, or suspected fraud
Fees and Settlements

Service fees are specified in your Merchant Agreement or accessible through your dashboard. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for complying with all tax obligations and remittances.

You will bear responsibility for chargebacks initiated by customers. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our internal policies and timelines. We reserve the right to revise fees at any time, with prior notification via email or dashboard updates.

Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions involving narcotics, adult content, gambling, counterfeit goods, firearms, or any products or services prohibited under applicable law.

You must not interfere with platform security, exploit system vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and legal action as permitted by law.

Risk Monitoring and Fraud Management

We employ advanced risk management tools, including real-time monitoring, AI-based fraud detection, and automated risk assessment systems. Transactions identified as suspicious may be delayed, reviewed, reversed, or declined.

In cases of confirmed fraud or high-risk activity, we reserve the right to freeze or terminate accounts without prior notice. You agree to bear responsibility for any chargebacks, losses, or regulatory penalties arising from such activities.

Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data and your customers’ information. All personal and transactional data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

We comply with security standards and implement strong encryption, authentication, and access controls. You consent to the processing of your data for payment processing, fraud prevention, system optimization, and legal compliance. Under no circumstances should you store cardholder data unless explicitly permitted under security regulations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the platform—including software, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation—remains the exclusive property of PADIZON FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for authorized business purposes. Any reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party providers such as banks, payment networks, analytics services, or external tools. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or data practices. Use of such services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent based on the severity of the issue.

Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be settled. We reserve the right to withhold funds during investigations or until issues are resolved.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably through our internal support mechanisms. Transaction-related disputes, including chargebacks, will be handled in coordination with acquiring banks and card networks.

If a dispute remains unresolved, legal remedies may be pursued in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction specified below.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padizone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PADIZON FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activities conducted through your account.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, cyber incidents, government actions, technical failures, or labor disputes.
