Shipping And Delivery Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the terms specified below. We are committed to delivering every order on time and in perfect condition.   

Shipping Coverage   
Deliveries are available to all serviceable pin codes within India.   
International shipping is not available at this time.   

Order Processing   
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.   
Once processed, a confirmation email containing full order details will be sent to your registered email address.   

Delivery Timelines   
Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.   

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts   
Delivery may fail under the following circumstances:  

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.  
  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.  
  • Package refused at the time of delivery.  

Action: In such cases, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can contact us to request re-shipment.   

Damaged or Lost Orders   
Damaged Packages: Contact our customer support within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.   
Lost Orders: For packages lost during transit, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund after verifying the situation with the courier partner.
