Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned along with the product.
  • Products that are worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team.
  • Items failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

Initiating a Return

  1. Submit Your Request: Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to info@padizone.com/ support@padizone.com.
  2. Provide Proof: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photographs to help us process the return quickly.
  3. Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will share detailed steps to complete the return.

Note: Returns not meeting these requirements may be declined at our discretion.

Refund Process & Timeline
All returned items are inspected to verify compliance with our return policy.
You will receive a notification confirming whether your refund is approved or denied.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully completed.

Partial Refunds
If a returned item partially meets the return criteria (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
