Cancellation Policy 

 

At Padizone, operated by Padizon Fintech Private Limited, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Padizon Fintech Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. 

We recognize that plans may change, and you might need to cancel an order. This document outlines the process and conditions for order cancellations. 

Cancellations Before Dispatch 
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions: 

  • Within 24 hours of order placement or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. 
  • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via email. 
  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

  • Cancellations cannot be made once an order has been dispatched. 
  • You may return the item after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy. 

Modifying Existing Orders 

  • Changes to items or delivery addresses are not allowed after placing an order. 
  • To make modifications, you must cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
